AI consulting and implementation
A better workflow, built around your business.
The AI Operations Sprint is a four-week engagement for growing businesses ready to stop collecting tool ideas and improve a specific part of how work gets done. We examine three workflows, choose one viable opportunity, and build or test a defined change with your team.
Why it matters
The missed follow-up rarely starts with a careless person.
It starts when a lead arrives in one place, context lives in another, and the next step belongs to “whoever sees it.” We look at the full path before choosing a fix. A form, a clearer handoff, an automation, and AI-assisted drafting may each have a role. The technology follows the job.
The engagement
What happens in four weeks?
Discover
Map three workflows with the people who do them.
Choose
Pick one opportunity worth building first.
Build
Implement one defined improvement with human checks.
Make it stick
Hand it to the team with a 90-day roadmap.
Understand.
We map three recurring workflows with the people involved, the tools and information they use, and what goes wrong. We record a baseline for a promising improvement.
Decide.
We compare potential projects by business impact, frequency, feasibility, data readiness, cost, adoption, and risk. Together we choose one bounded build.
Build and test.
We implement or prototype the agreed workflow in suitable tools, test it on representative examples, and define where a person reviews or overrides it.
Hand over.
We refine the work, train the people who will use it, document ownership and exceptions, review the early measure, and deliver the next 90 days of priorities.
Scope and deliverables
What’s in the Sprint, and what isn’t.
You receive
A review of three workflows; prioritized recommendations; one bounded implementation or proof of concept; a team walkthrough and short operating guide; a 90-day roadmap.
The included build
One defined workflow with a clear starting event and outcome, using existing software and appropriate mainstream tools where feasible. Examples to evaluate include routing inquiries, preparing a response for human review, turning meeting notes into assigned tasks, or organizing information from incoming documents. We agree on the specific build before work starts.
Outside the Sprint
Major data cleanup, custom software, complex multi-system integrations, and third-party subscriptions. Larger work can be scoped separately. We do not automate consequential decisions without appropriate human oversight.
Your part
Introduce us to the people doing the work, provide appropriate tool access, and designate someone able to make decisions. Plan on roughly three hours in week one, an hour in each of weeks two and three, and 90 minutes for the team walkthrough.
Final scope and fee follow the introductory conversation. No savings or implementation outcome is guaranteed before the workflow has been assessed.
Use cases, grouped by job
The work we tend to look at first.
Give skilled people their time back
Recurring reports, document intake, meeting follow-up, and repeated data entry.
Stop losing the thread with customers
Inquiry routing, timely follow-up, proposal preparation, and consistent onboarding.
Make what your company knows easier to use
Current answers, process documentation, and information scattered across systems or people.
Before you apply
Fair questions, direct answers.
Will this work with our software?
We start there. During discovery we check what your existing tools can do, whether they connect, and what access or extra costs a proposed change would require.
What if our processes are a mess?
That is useful to know. Mapping the work may reveal that the first fix is a simpler handoff or clearer rule. We will not automate a confusing process just to say we used AI.
How do you handle sensitive information?
We identify what data a workflow needs, review the available tool controls, limit access, and define the human checks before implementation. Requirements vary by industry and system; do not send sensitive records in the inquiry form.
How do we know whether it helped?
We agree on a relevant baseline, such as turnaround time, hours spent, or missed handoffs. Four weeks can establish an early signal. Some effects need a longer period and will be tracked in the roadmap.
What happens after the Sprint?
Your team can use the documented workflow and roadmap independently. Further implementation, ongoing monitoring, or staff guidance can be scoped separately when there is a reason to do so.
Start with one place the work gets stuck.
If you run an established business with recurring operational work and someone ready to help put a change into practice, tell us what you’d like to improve. The introductory call is for fit and scoping; the detailed assessment is the paid Sprint.
